ansr source, a leading learning design and digital content development company ( https://www.ansrsource.com ), is looking for a senior sales person to develop new partnerships with corporate learning and development departments. The ideal candidate will be able to access and interact effectively with senior managers, articulate the challenges and opportunities facing companies in today’s rapidly changing and extremely competitive business environment, and develop strong partnerships with the client to develop creative experiences to address the needs of their learners.


Success in the position requires a hunter’s mindset with high energy, grit and passion; a deep understanding of learning industry trends & issues, and the ability to work effectively with a global team to structure complex learning solutions.


Job Description/Major Responsibilities


·       Responsible for new business sales growth and achieving annual revenue targets for new business 

·       Develop relationships with key decision-makers in learning and development areas of major corporations

·       Proactively collaborate with the digital marketing team to identify and qualify partnership leads, and develop and maintain a full business pipeline of prospective clients

·       Lead deal teams working in close collaboration with the learning design and delivery teams to develop and deliver winning sales presentations and proposals

·       Maintain timely and accurate reporting of the pipeline, account plans, and territory management activities 




·       High achievement and demonstrated track record of excellence in selling complex B-to-B learning or technical solutions

·       Excellent consultative sales and presentation skills

·       Enthusiasm for the process of investigating, discovering and fulfilling clients’ needs

·       Knowledge of learning design & science, digital content development, learning technologies and tools

·       Experience in corporate learning and development is a plus

·       Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

·       Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills 

·       Ability to travel to attend partner meetings as needed, possibly 30-40% of the time
